Due to the nature of food products, returns must be reported immediately upon delivery to ensure food safety compliance.
Inspect Upon Delivery
Please check your order thoroughly at the time of arrival and notify the delivery driver immediately if any items are damaged, incorrect, or missing.
Contact Customer Support
If a discrepancy is found after the driver has left, contact our support team within 24 hours for ambient goods or 2 hours for chilled and frozen products.
Provide Documentation
Submit your order number along with clear photographs of the product labels and the specific issue to help us process your claim quickly.
Resolution and Credit
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement on your next delivery or issue a credit note to your account within 3-5 business days.
