V Pud Vegan Black Pudding 200gm - TO ORDER ONLY

     This product has a lead time of at least 2 days for delivery.
  • We use a protein substance that mimics the consistency of blood and we use beetroot for colour. 
  • All the ingredients are still to the very best quality. Nothing artificial and no chemicals. This means the V Pud has retained the amazing flavour of our traditional products.
  • Remove plastic sleeving, cut into 15mm slices and heat thoroughly as per the instructions below: (n.b if you prefer thicker slices the cooking times will need to be adjusted accordingly.)
  • 1 1/2 minutes in microwave-650w, 2 minutes in 850w.
  • Fry on medium heat with oil for 4 minutes
  • Brush lightly with oil and grill for 4 minutes.
